CBD salad with grilled apricots, watermelon and arugula

What could be better when it's hot in summer than a refreshing salad? A little insider tip to spice up salads is fruit. Most people don't think that strawberries and spinach can be combined. But you can believe us that this combination tastes fantastic. For this CBD recipe, we chose watermelons and apricots to give the salad a special note.

The recipe is not only quick and easy to prepare, it is also rich in nutrients and healthy.

Serving size: 4

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

80 g arugula

½ medium-sized watermelon - diced

2-3 small apricots

¼ red onion

2 tbsp feta cheese

A handful of chopped mint

60 ml balsamic vinegar

85 g wildflower honey

60 ml extra virgin olive oil

0.25 g CBD isolate

Sea salt - to taste

Black pepper - to taste

Manual:

Preheat the grill (or grill pan) over medium heat. Rinse off the apricots and cut them into small pieces. Then skewer them in slices and lightly drizzle them with olive oil before putting them on the grill. Then let them cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. The aim is to caramelize the apricot slices, but not to burn them. Put them aside when you're ready.

Then cut the watermelon, mint and onion. You can throw away the shell and seeds. Then put the watermelon cubes in a medium bowl and set them aside. The onion should be cut into long, thin slices and the mint chopped. Then put the mint in the bowl with the watermelon.

In another smaller bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil and CBD isolate. You can then season the mixture with salt and pepper as needed. With this vinaigrette you can refine the salad later.

Finally, you need another bowl in which you put rocket, mint and onion. Then add the salad dressing and mix everything well. You can then spread the salad on four plates and sprinkle with the watermelon, the grilled apricots and the feta. We wish a good appetite!

If you have too much dressing left, you can simply pour it into an airtight container and use it up in the next few days.

As you can see, this salad recipe is extremely simple, but will probably still impress all your friends!

CBD pesto with pasta and spicy shrimp

If you like CBD dishes with a little kick, this is the place for you! Get everything you need for spicy seafood pasta before you get started. Of course, some CBD should not be missing. If you know how to make the CBD pesto, you can of course use it with other dishes of your choice. With this recipe we offer you the basics. Grab your ingredients and let's start cooking!

Serving size: 4

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

60 g baby spinach

20 g fresh basil

12 g parsley

150 g cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp pine nuts

2 tsp lemon juice

40 g grated parmesan cheese

2 cloves of garlic

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tsp CBD oil (or 4 ml per serving)

1 pinch of salt and pepper

250 g Gigli pasta - uncooked

350 g fresh shrimp - peeled and deveined

450 g asparagus - cut into 5 cm pieces

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp flakes of pepper

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:

To prepare the pesto, rinse off the spinach and put it in a food processor together with the basil, parsley, 70 g cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, 2 tsp lemon juice, parmesan, garlic and 2 tbsp olive oil. Then add the CBD oil and a little salt and pepper and mix everything until the ingredients make a smooth pesto sauce.

Then put the pesto from the food processor in a bowl. Cover it up and keep it in the fridge.

Next, you need to boil the water for the pasta. Put the Gigli pasta in the water and cook according to the package instructions.

Then heat the butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat until the butter has melted.

Now prepare a mixture of red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to marinate the prawns. Depending on your personal spice preferences, you can marinate the shrimp completely with it or brush it lightly. Then add the shrimp along with some lemon juice to the preheated pan and sauté until they are pink on both sides.

When the prawns are cooked, you can put the finished pasta and asparagus in the pan and fry everything briefly.

Then take the mixture off the stove and add the pesto. You will probably need 6-8 tablespoons for this. Halve the remaining cherry tomatoes. You can then add a little Parmesan cheese to the finished dish along with the fresh basil leaves.

Serve and enjoy.

The preparation of this meal is a bit more complicated than the first recipe, but it is definitely worth it for this delicious taste.

CBD tacos and guacamole

Mexican food is usually a taste sensation, and the tacos with guacamole from this CBD recipe are no exception. Tacos are a great option for a dinner party or just when you meet up with friends. You can make almost everyone happy, especially if you offer a variety of different creams and dips, so that there is something for every taste! That is why we thought that this recipe should not be missing from our list. It's really a great meal where you can have a good time and even make new friends.

Serving size: 4

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

3 avocados - peeled and pitted

1 lime - juiced

75 g onion - diced

1 small red onion - chopped

3 tbsp coriander - chopped

2 tomatoes - diced

CBD oil

olive oil

Salt and pepper - depending on your taste

450 g ground beef

2 cloves of garlic - chopped

Taco bowls

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp Mexican oregano

1 tsp chilli

1 tsp paprika

Directions:

To make the guacamole, you have to crush the avocados in a bowl until the mass becomes smooth. Then add onions, tomatoes, coriander, lime juice and 1 teaspoon of CBD oil. Mix everything well together. Then cover the bowl and cool the mixture until needed.

Next, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the chopped red onion.

Add the beef and chop it lightly with a wooden spoon. Stir the mixture until cooked through.

Add caraway seeds, oregano, chilli and peppers as well as the CBD oil that you consider necessary for your usual dose. Stir everything again until everything is well mixed. If you prefer spicy food, you can of course add chili.

Simmer everything for 10-15 minutes.

Warm the taco bowl, then fill it with the CBD guacamole and the meat mixture. Have a few plates ready!

The great thing about this recipe is that you can mix everything at will. If you make tacos regularly, you can add CBD oil during normal cooking. In addition, you can skip adding CBD to the taco meat and just add it to the guacamole instead. You can also try making CBD salsa or sour cream using a similar technique. As you can see, there is plenty of room for experimentation!

CBD carrot cake

Now for the sweet treats. We think this carrot cake made from CBD is super delicious. CBD foods that are sold online often contain things that you can portion better, such as: Chocolate, which contains a certain amount of CBD per piece. The same applies to gummy bears, which contain a certain amount of CBD per bear. Desserts work so well because you can know how much CBD you are consuming with each bite. The carrot cake of this recipe can be cut into squares or slices that contain a certain amount of CBD. This means that you can simply eat one piece a day instead of using the CBD drops sublingually. Just follow this simple CBD recipe and enjoy this treat!

You can use the amount of CBD oil used and the number of pieces of cake to determine how much cannabidiol is in each piece. This is an excellent way to consume your CBD.
