Lynsey Noel, CEO + President
Lynsey Noel is an entrepreneur from Northeast Pennsylvania. Admiring beauty at a young age, she was offering makeup at birthday parties, participating + winning numerous beauty pageants, and started her journey in the arts as a ballet and jazz dancer at the age of 3. Lynsey attended Empire Beauty School for Cosmetology, which is where she was able to perfect the skills that she uses daily in her CBD Skincare line. Lynsey is also a career photographer at her other female operated business, "Lynsey Noel Photography", founded in 2010. Her state of the art photography studio is nestled away in Scott Township, PA, alongside her families brewery, "Last Minute Brewing". Lynsey utilizes her talents in photography and graphic design and adapted them into her business model, showing off her eclectic side to create a fun and positive lifestyle CBD brand. Her face and photography have graced many magazine covers, billboards and ad campaigns on the local, regional and national levels.
Actively working as a promotional model herself, Lynsey has worked with major national beauty brands, apparel lines, alcohol companies, professional athletic teams and was once the face for Harrah’s Casino. Working as a promotional model at the age of 18 for an arena football team, the "WBS Pioneers", helped Lynsey pave the way to form her own promotional model street team. Her yearly “Girls of NEPA" and “Noel Boudoir” calendars have successfully brought in thousands of dollars that are donated to various local charities every year in honor of our veterans.
As a self made woman, she has been in business for over a decade, learning all the skills needed to successfully launch a new CBD brand of her own! Lynsey Noel is always bopping around educating and introducing CBD and Delta 8 to new customers at various pop-up events all over Pennsylvania, with the help from her most loving employee, her mom! From tinctures to skin care to relaxing bath products-even CBD Pet chewables-Lynsey is hands on from it’s creation, distribution, packaging and design. Her talents, passion and drive have fueled her career success through the years and paved the way for her products to now be available to everyone!

If you haven’t seen her working alongside Lynsey at pop-up events, meet ASHLEY! Ashley is a healthcare professional, specializing in working Covid units at hospitals throughout North Eastern PA. When she’s not making her rounds in the hospitals, she is hanging out with her three kiddos. Her kiddos are a great source behind her creativity! Ashley is always coming up with new ideas for marketing and swag products for Lynsey Noel CBD. Some of Ashley’s creations can be seen in our “Swag” section on our “Shop Now!” Page. Everything Ashley touches is one of a kind. From handmade cups, keychains, trinket trays, and more, Ashley is always on the move with a new idea! Stay tuned for what she has up her sleeve next!

Sarah is an aspiring actress and is currently studying at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. She has been working with LynseyNoel since 2020 and is a spokesperson/social media handler for the brand. Sarah has also done promotional work for various companies of all kinds. She has done theatre her whole life and wants to continue after college, as her dream is to become an actress on Broadway or television. Sarah also loves photography and is actively learning more skills from Lynsey so she can hopefully one day have her own business, as well!
