Taking steps to have the best day ever is something everyone should often do! We are here for a short time so why not make the most of it? Here are a few life hacks to have the best day ever:


1. Declutter

Whether it is a small space or a large one, decluttering is something that makes you feel so good after it is done! 

2. Listen to music

Listen to your favorite music or put on some songs you haven’t heard in forever! One of the best feelings is just getting up and dancing! 

3. Get one big thing done

If there is one task or thing you have to do that you’ve been avoiding or putting off, just do it! Once it is done you will feel a weight lifted from your shoulders.

4. Phone-free

Putting away technology for even just an hour is a great way to unplug, gain some inner peace, and rejuvenate your mental health.

5. Do a workout

Doing even a quick 15 minute workout helps boost your energy, release some steam, and really get your day going.

6. Spend time with someone

Spending time with a loved one or catching up with someone you don’t often see is very special and can easily give you a sense of joy.

7. Be present

This one is most important. Focus on where you are, what you are doing, and who you are with. Keeping your mind on the present moment helps when you are worrying or having anxiety. Stay present and breathe!
