How often should I apply OUCH! Pain Cream?

 

Topical CBD absorbs into the skin and is superb when liberally applied to the affected area(s). When using topicals, be sure to first wash the area with soap and water to remove any excess dirt, oil buildup, etc.  Doing so will ensure that there aren’t any barriers between the ointment and your skin, creating the best environment for absorption.

 For adults, generously rub the ointment onto the affected area and allow it to absorb for several minutes. 

For kiddos and the grannies and gramps of the world, apply smaller amounts so they don’t over medicate as their skin is naturally thinner.

We suggest applying our cream 1-3 times a day, or as needed. Again, how often you use the ointment will depend on the severity of your condition. Please increase application as needed. 

 

 

How do I apply it?

 

First: Grab some gloves....just kidding!

Cannabinoids have low skin permeability, so you can dose up and apply more based on how you are feeling. Massage it into your skin until its fully absorbed.  Once you’ve finished applying, you can wash your hands and wait. 

 

When is it going to kick in?!
