1. GUACAMOLE
3 peeled avocados
1 lime
½ cup diced onion
1 tbsp salt
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 diced tomatoes

DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the avocados, salt, lime juice, and our water soluble CBD into a medium bowl
2. Mix in the onion, garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, and cayenne pepper
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
2. PARMESAN MASHED POTATOES
8 cups pre-made mashed potatoes
2 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup whipping cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Combine the mashed potatoes, butter, whipping cream, parmesan, salt/pepper, and our water soluble CBD oil into a bowl
3. Whip all of the ingredients until pureed
4. Transfer the puree into a dish and cover completely with parmesan cheese
5. Bake until the cheese on top melts and enjoy!
3. VEGAN STIR FRY
1 cup diced pumpkin (steamed)
½ cup diced eggplant
1 cup trimmed green beans
1 diced red pepper
1 cup diced firm tofu
½ cup chopped coriander
1 lime
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp crushed ginger
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat coconut oil in a large wok or frying pan, then add the eggplant and tofu.
2. Fry until crisp before adding the garlic and ginger and stirring to combine
3. Add the soy sauce along with pepper and beans and stir fry until cooked, then add the steamed pumpkin
4. Turn off heat and squeeze in lime juice, our water soluble CBD, and coriander. Then enjoy!
4. FISH TACOS
5 tbsp olive oil
1 lime
2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2lb your preference of fish
salt/pepper
8-12 corn tortillas
1 avocado
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 cups shredded purple cabbage

DIRECTIONS
1. Mix olive oil, our water soluble CBD, lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper into a large bowl
2. Coat the fish in the mixture evenly, then allow fish to sit for 15 minutes and season with salt/pepper
3. Using a large pan on medium heat, cook the fish for 3-5 minutes per side. Let cool and then flake with a fork
4. Mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, and cilantro in a bowl and then add the cabbage
5. Place fish and cabbage mixture on tortillas and enjoy!
5. LIME-SHRIMP SCAMPI
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp minced garlic
1lb large shrimp
1lb angel hair pasta
½ cup dry white wine
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp cilantro

DIRECTIONS
Boil the water and cook pasta to your liking
Heat a skillet on high and add the olive oil. Wait until oil is simmering, then toss in the shrimp and cook them for about 1-2 minutes on each side
Add the red pepper and garlic to the simmering skillet and saute. Then add the lime juice and white wine. Let the liquid reduce for 2-2½ minutes before whisking in the butter and our water soluble CBD.
Drain the pasta and add it to your skillet and toss with cilantro and enjoy!
6. STRAWBERRY SALAD DRESSING
1 cup strawberries
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
